We are pleased to announce Michelle Guillermo, our current CFO, will be stepping into the dual role of CFO/President at Fairmont Designs. An integral part of the company, Michelle has been with Fairmont Designs for over 20 years. Her deep understanding of the business, combined with her leadership and strategic insight, makes her the perfect choice to lead us into the next chapter of growth and innovation.

We would also like celebrate the promotion of three outstanding leaders who will be assuming pivotal roles at Fairmont Designs. Their combined expertise and dedication will drive our continued success as we move forward into an exciting future.

Matt Johnson – Vice President of Engineering
Matt has been a cornerstone of Fairmont Designs for over 21 years, where he has consistently demonstrated excellence in project management and innovation. In his new role, Matt will oversee the Engineering and Program Development departments, ensuring we continue to deliver cutting-edge solutions while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

Jose Orellana – Vice President of Engineering/Custom Projects
With 17 years at Fairmont Designs, Jose brings a wealth of experience across Operations, Engineering, and Custom Projects. Known for his strong problem-solving skills and his ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and vendors, Jose’s passion for continuous learning and innovation makes him a perfect fit for leading Custom Projects and advancing our engineering capabilities.

Jessie Yang – Vice President of Operations
A dedicated member of the Fairmont Designs team for over 21 years, Jessie’s deep experience in Engineering, Project Management, and Operations has positioned her to take on this critical leadership role. Jessie will oversee all operational processes, from negotiating vendor contracts to managing project cost control, and work closely with the IT Department to streamline and enhance our systems.

These new Vice Presidents will collaborate closely with our CFO/President, Michelle Guillermo, and the rest of our executive leadership team:
